I am a researcher in the field of management and organization studies. I am currently a researcher at Politecnico di Milano, School of Management.

 

My research examines place-based mechanisms in various organizational phenomena. In particular, I study hybrid work and how organizational spaces shape individual, team, and organizational performance, including their intended and unintended consequences for equality.

I examine organizations across diverse contexts, including knowledge-intensive and entrepreneurial organizations, and I am particularly interested in organizations operating in marginalized and resource-constrained settings.

Methodologically, my research relies primarily on quantitative methods, complemented by qualitative insights.

I am an active member at the Academy of Management (OMT & ENT Divisions) and the European Group for Organization Studies (EGOS). I am vice-president of the Research Group on Collaborative Spaces (RGCS).

 

As part of my work in academia, I strive to support diversity and inclusion, and I have a strong interest in interdisciplinary approaches in management research.
