Alessandra Migliore
Welcome!

I am a researcher in the field of management and organization studies. I am currently a researcher at Politecnico di Milano, School of Management.
My research examines the intersection between the organization of work and innovation. In particular, I am interested in examining placeless and hybrid work arrangements and how organizational spaces and place-based mechanisms shape individual, team, and organizational performance, and their potential (un)intended effects on equality.
I examine organizations across diverse contexts (e.g., knowledge-intensive, entreprenurial organizations) and I am interested in those operating in marginalized and resource-poor contexts.
My research relies primarily on quantitative methods, combined with qualitative insights.

I am an active member at the Academy of Management (OMT Division) and the European Group for Organization Studies (EGOS). I am vice-president of the Research Group on Collaborative Spaces (RGCS).
As part of my work in academia, I strive to support diversity and inclusion, and I have a strong interest in interdisciplinary approaches in management research.
