I am a researcher in the field of management and organizational behavior. I am currently a researcher at Polytechnic University of Milan, School of Management. My research examines the influence of organizational spaces on individual and team work behaviors, their relationship to organizational dynamics and performance, and their potential (un)intended effects on equality. I examine organizations across diverse contexts and with various work practices. My research relies primarily on quantitative methods, combined with qualitative insights.
